Welcome to Affordium Pet Supplies (www.affordiumshopping.com) ("we", "us", "our"), an online store at affordiumshopping.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

How our store works

We operate as an online retailer using a dropshipping model. We don't hold our own stock. When you order, we place the order with third-party suppliers, including sellers on AliExpress, Zendrop, CJ Dropshipping and other dropshippers who ship directly to you, often from outside the United States. We are the seller of record and are responsible for your order, but we don't manufacture the products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order.

Products and pet safety

We do our best to show products accurately, but colors, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly. We don't sell pet food or treats. Our products are not veterinary products, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Choose the right size and material for your pet, supervise use (especially with new toys), and stop using any product that is damaged. Talk to your vet about health concerns.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or fix errors at any time. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers, and we don't store your full card details.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund you if we cancel after taking payment.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

Delivery times are estimates and depend on our suppliers and carriers. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Import duties and taxes

Any import duties are already included in your total at checkout , But in some cases Import duties and taxes may apply to some international shipments. Sales tax is collected where required.

Reviews and content

Reviews express the opinions of the people who wrote them. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to hack it, use bots, or place fraudulent orders.

Disclaimers and limits of liability
