How Tracking Works

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. The first update can take 2-5 days to appear. Most US deliveries take 7-15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Information for details.

My Tracking Hasn't Updated. What Now?

Why does my tracking show no updates?

International packages often show no movement for 2-5 days at the start, and sometimes while they travel between carriers. This is normal. If there's no update after 7 days, email us.

What if my order is late or lost?

Email info@affordiumshopping.com with your order number. If your package is lost or doesn't arrive, we'll replace it or refund you. See our returns and refunds policy.

For US delivery updates, you can also check the carrier on USPS, or paste your tracking number into 17TRACK to see all carrier events in one place.
