Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping to the US takes 7-15 business days after your order ships. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days first. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. See full details on our Shipping Information page.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 40$, US orders. And Flat 2.49$ on below 40$.

How do I track my order?

Use our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first update after your order ships, which is normal.

Do you ship to the UK?

Our US store ships to US addresses only. UK customers can shop at affordiumshopping.uk.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us right away with your order number. Once an order ships, it can't be changed, but you can still use our return policy.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 07 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy.

How long do refunds take?

We process approved refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5-10 additional business days to show the money.

Products and Pet Safety

Are your products safe for my dog or cat?

We choose products with strong customer reviews and order samples before listing many of them. Every pet is different, so check the size, materials, and your pet's habits first. Supervise play with new toys, and talk to your vet about any health concerns. The American Veterinary Medical Association has useful pet owner guidance.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart or measurements on the product page, and measure your pet with a soft tape. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for adjustable gear. If something doesn't fit, our return policy covers it.

Do you sell pet food or treats?

No. We only sell dog and cat supplies like toys, beds, grooming tools, and travel gear.

Payments and Support

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and the wallets available at checkout. Payments are processed on Shopify's secure checkout.
