Our pet supplies return policy is simple. If you're not happy with your order, tell us within 07 days of delivery and we'll work it out with you. Email info@affordiumshopping.com with your order number.
Our 07-Day Return Policy
You can return most dog and cat products within 07 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first so we can approve the return and send you the correct return address. Please don't ship anything back without approval, because it may not reach us.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 03 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo,unboxing video of the item and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
What if I received the wrong item?
Send us a photo, unboxing video and your order number. We'll ship the correct item or refund you.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, the item must be unused and in its original condition. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We'll refund the item price once we receive it.
Items We Can't Accept Back
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of used grooming tools, used litter or toilet products, or items your pet has chewed or worn or tags are removed, product packaging was torn. If one of these arrives faulty, contact us and we'll still help.
How Refunds Work
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, we refund your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take another 5-10 business days to show it. We'll email you when it's processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, You can cancel a order with 3-Hours of palacement if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as you can. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, so please contact us quickly.
